Albert Einstein's rare and early manuscript on the theory of relativity will go under the hammer in Paris on November 23, media agencies reported on Thursday.
The paper will be auctioned for a range between $ 2.3, and $ 3.5 million according to Christie's and Aguttes auction houses.
Dates back to 1913, the manuscript is part of Einstein's development of the theory of relativity, and the scientist's most valuable handwritten paper according to Christie's description.
Consists of 54 pages, the draft is a collaborative work between the scientist and his Swiss friend physicist Michele Besso in Zurich.
The soon-to-be-auctioned manuscript carries both scientists' attempts to explain the reasons behind Mercury orbit's anomaly.
Also, the auction house asserted that Einstein's handwritten papers that date back to 1912-1913 are really rare.
