Amr El-Qadi, CEO of the Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Activation inaugurated the 14th Arab Tourist Media Forum in Cairo under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities.
This came In the presence of a large number of influencers and representatives of major Arab media outlets, in addition to journalists, media representatives and tourism experts.
During the opening session of the forum, the El-Qadi delivered a speech emphasizing the importance of the media’s role in promoting tourism among Arabs.
He also reviewed the main features of the media strategy for tourism promotion in Egypt, pointing out that it aims to highlight the Egyptian tourist destination, its distinct and perse archaeological sites that the visitor wants to stay in for a long time and repeat the visit every year.
He also referred to the most prominent activities organized by the Ministry to promote the modern image of Egypt.
This is in addition to informing representatives of the Arab media of the efforts exerted by the Egyptian state in developing the tourism infrastructure and the new cities it is constructing.
