The Presidential elections of Egypt for expatriates will take place between December 1 and 3 while the elections inside Egypt will take place between December 10 and 12, according to the Egyptian National Election Authority.
The Head of the Egyptian National Election Authority (NEA) Walid Hamza said a few weeks ago: “The presidential elections will be conducted under full judiciary supervision so that each judge will be assigned an electoral box."
10,085 polling spots are dedicated for the presidential elections nationwide.
Regarding the voting for Egyptian expatriates, the election campaign will start in New Zealand and will end in Los Angeles, California, US due to the time adjustments.
4 candidates will run in the upcoming elections including President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
The other three candidates are Farid Zahran, head of the Egyptian Social Democratic Party, Head of Al-Wafd Party Abdel Sanad Yamama and Hazem Omar, head of the Republican People’s Party.
