General Intelligence Chief Abbas Kamel embarked on Tuesday on a visit to Ramallah within the framework of Egypt's efforts to support the Palestinian-Israeli peace process in line with directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas received Kamel upon arrival in Ramallah.
In the message, El-Sisi reaffirmed Egypt's full backing of the Palestinian people, their inalienable rights, and their cause. He also assured Abbas that “the Palestinian cause will remain Egypt's top priority.”
