Egypt's Gov. Discuss National Strategy for Green Hydrogen Production

Egypt's Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli held a meeting on Tuesday with the Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy Dr. Mohamed Shaker, and Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Tarek El Molla to discuss the national strategy for green hydrogen production.

During their meeting, they affirmed the need to enable the many agreements already signed with foreign companies to be brought into effect.

They also agreed to publish a joint strategy document that will serve as a framework for green hydrogen production in Egypt.

Meanwhile, Egypt’s Ambassador to Belgium and the European Union Badr Abdel Ati has examined the possibilities of establishing cooperation with the EU in areas such as renewable, traditional, clean energy, and green hydrogen.
