Egypt's Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty met on Sunday with Sudanese Foreign Minister Ali Yousuf Al-Sharif and Djibouti’s Foreign Minister Mahmoud Ali Youssef for a trilateral discussion on regional collaboration and current developments.
Prior to the meeting, Abdelatty held bilateral talks with his Sudanese counterpart to assess the state of Sudan-Egypt relations and review the latest situation in Sudan.
He reaffirmed Egypt’s steadfast support for Sudan’s sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity while underscoring the importance of increasing humanitarian aid.
In a separate discussion with Djibouti’s Foreign Minister, Abdelatty reiterated Egypt’s commitment to supporting Djibouti’s development efforts, emphasizing cooperation in infrastructure, technical assistance, training, and capacity building.
