Egypt's exports of food products increased by around 0.5%, rising from $3.473 billion in the first 10 months of 2021 to $3.490 billion in the first 10 months of 2022.
According to a monthly report by the Food Export Council (FEC) released on Monday, shipments in January 2022 totaled around $306 million, representing a 14% increase in value over the same month a year earlier.
According to the data, exports in February 2022 were roughly 341 million dollars, a 0.3 percent decrease from 342 million dollars in exports during the same time period in the previous year.
According to the research, exports to the Arab markets totaled 1.748 billion dollars during the first 10 months of 2022, accounting for 50% of all food exports.
