The recovery rate from COVID-19 at Egyptian isolation hospitals has reached 83.1%, after receiving the necessary medical care, according to the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO).
In a statement, the Ministry of Health revealed that the number of people recovering from the virus increased to 306,106 cases.
On Saturday, Egypt reported 879 new coronavirus cases, bringing the country’s total up to 368,335.
The total number of COVID-19-related deaths has now reached 21,015 nationwide after the ministry announced 49 deaths.
About 454 patients were discharged from quarantine at isolation hospitals, raising the total number of fully recovered cases to 306,106.
