International Defense Expo (EDEX 2021) is scheduled to kick off next November 29 at Cairo International Convention and Exhibition Center, where expertise will be exchanged amongst local and international pioneers in the field.
The exhibition will be run until December 2.
This year's edition will witness the strong presence of the military and defense industries' pioneers from various countries around the world.
Minister of Defense Mohamed Zaky said the expo will create new horizons of cooperation between Egypt and several countries, as EDEX becomes an effective international venue to showcase the latest military systems, according to an official Sunday statement.
Major military equipment companies have sponsored EDEX 2021 in its second edition.
