Egyptians Celebrate October War Victory Nationwide

Egyptians in different governorates celebrated on Friday 6th of October War victory.

Thousands of citizens alongside with political parties gathered at Egypt's main squares in different governorates to show support for President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.

In Sohag, the university square witnessed a celebration to hail the glorious 6th of October victory, in the presence of a large crowd of citizens of different ages, political forces, and parties.

In El-Sharkia, several citizens began celebrating the anniversary of the Great October Victory, in front of the Zagazig Culture Palace.

In front of the General Office of the Sharkia Governorate, a celebration began to glorify the glorious October War, in the presence of the public figures, and citizens; the artist Mustafa Kamel and Khaled Bayoumi attended the ceremony as well.

In Kafr El-Sheikh, Nasr Square witnessed the building of a platform on one side of the square, the presence of some ambulances and civil defense to prepare for the celebration.

In El-Minya, people celebrated the October victories, from Horus Square, which witnessed the presence of many artists; the square got filled with signs of greeting, appreciation, and congratulations on the victories of the glorious October, as well as Egyptian flags and patriotic songs.

In North Sinai, the people of Sheikh Zuweid organized a celebration to commemorate the glorious October victory and to support President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

In "Kenya" Square north of the city, a considerable number of families, women, and youth flocked to the centers of the celebrations, raising the Egyptian flag and pictures of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

In Alexandria, the political forces organized celebrations in Sidi Gaber Square on the occassion of the anniversary of the glorious October victories, calling on citizens to attend the ceremony; Alexandrian artist Ahmed Shaiba and the artist Saad Al-Saghir also participated in the ceremony.

In Qalyubia, Dr. Mahmoud Al-Sabrout held a meeting today with the directors of the sub-departments and general administrations, in the presence of Walid Al-Faramawy, Undersecretary of the Directorate for Sports, and Mahmoud Shaaban to praise their efforts in keeping the work going without any delays. Al-Sabrout also mentioned the preparations for the cycling marathon, in celebration of the Sixth of October.

In Luxor, the public and political forces organized a celebration for the anniversary of the October victory in Abu Al-Hajjaj Square in Luxor, which began at night with the participation of youth and the people of the governorate, and Fayoum witnessed a celebration that began at 5 pm in Al-Sawaqi Square.
