Egyptian Presidential Candidate "Hazem Omar" Submits Papers to Elections Authority

The head of the Republican People's Party Hazem Omar submitted his candidacy papers to the National Elections Authority to run in the next presidential race next December.

Omar's official nomination papers were submitted to the authority, including a copy of his national ID card, birth certificate, higher education certificate, clean criminal record certificate, financial disclosure form, medical examination report, and a personal photo.

Voting in Egypt is scheduled to take place on December 10 and 12, while Egyptians abroad will cast their votes on December 1 and 3.
