Egyptian National Railways Dismisses Reports of Minya Train Fire

Egyptian National Railways (ENR) dismissed reports circulated by some media websites that a train in the vicinity of Minya station caught fire.

In a statement, Egyptian National Railways confirmed that the movement of the trains is going normally, while the fire broke out at the waste near Minya station.

Two Scrap trolley, away from the station, caught fire, then the civil protection forces managed to extinguish it.

No causalities were reported and the movement of the trains was not affected by the fire.

Egyptian National Railways appeals to all news websites, to be accurate and not to publish any false news aimed at causing confusion among the passengers.
