Dr. Amr Al-Etrabi, the cultural and educational counsellor of Egypt in Austria, participated in a ceremony marking the 30th anniversary of the fall of communism in Lower Austria.

“The historical visit made by President Abdel-Fattah Al-Sisi to Austria was a very positive move for the Egyptian-Austrian relations,” Al-Etrabi said.

“My participation in this important event, and the warm welcome by Lower Austria Governor Johanna Mikl-Leitner, and Austria's President Alexander Van der Bellen demonstrate the good result of the president's visit,” the educational counsellor added.

It is worth mentioning that, the province of Lower Austria is one of the nine provinces of the Austrian state. The governor of this province also served as Austria's interior minister for six years.
