Egyptian Canoe Sprint Momen Mahran Reaches Last 8 in Tokyo 2020 Olympics

Egyptian sprint kayaker Momen Mahran qualified Wednesday to the quarterfinal in the Men's Kayak Single 200m in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.

Mahran ranked 5th in the 200m regatta, as he achieved a time of 38.850 seconds.

Egyptian Wrestler Mohamed Ibrahim Kesho won Bronze medal for Egypt after defeating Russian Artim Sorkof in  Tokyo Olympics of the  Greco-roman 67kg category.

He became the third Egyptian player to secure a medal in the tournament.

He lost to Ukrainian Parviz Nasibov 6-7 to fail to qualify for the Tokyo Olympics final of the Greco-roman 67kg category .
