EgyptAir to Bring Stranded Egyptians back

EgyptAir is due to operate exceptional flights to bring home Egyptians stranded abroad as of Tuesday.

The national carrier's flights - which will be operated till Friday - are set to land in the Red Sea resort town of Marsa Alam.

The flights will take off from Cairo heading to several destinations, including Beirut, Riyadh, Washington, and Moscow.

The flights will be as follows according to Cairo Local Time (CLT):

  • Tuesday, April 21: Cairo - Beirut at 4:55 pm.
  • Wednesday, April 22: Cairo - Riyadh at 8:30 am
  • Thursday, April 23:

          Cairo - Washington at 11:00 am

          Cairo - Casablanca at 08:05 am

          Cairo - Amsterdam at 9:50 am

          Cairo - Moscow at 10:40 am

          Cairo - Bahrain at 2:00 pm

          Cairo - Bombay at 4:45 pm

          Cairo - Guangzhou, China at 11:20 pm.

Meanwhile, Air Cairo, an airline partly owned by EgyptAir, will operate flights to Algiers, the Malpes, Frankfurt and Barcelona, Athens and other destinations. Its flights will run till April 30.

Air Cairo also organizes flights on Thursday as follows according to (CLT)

Cairo - Frankfurt at 12:00 pm

Cairo - The Malpes at 9:30 am

Cairo - Algeria at 9:30 am

Cairo - Barcelona at 9:30 am
