During this year's Hajj season, EgyptAir has successfully operated a total of 150 flights to Saudi Arabia, transporting pilgrims to Medina and Jeddah for the spiritual journey.
The national carrier served 72 flights to Medina and 78 to the city of Jeddah. As part of its air bridge, this year, EgyptAir was entrusted with the responsibility of ferrying pilgrims from Palestine and Mali. The airline designated 10 special flights to transport 3,000 Palestinian pilgrims and 24 flights for the 7,400 Malian pilgrims.
EgyptAir has made an appeal to the returning Hajj pilgrims to strictly adhere to the following guidelines:
1) Pilgrims holding an EgyptAir ticket, whose return flight number begins with MS followed by three numbers, will depart from the King Abdulaziz Al Saud International Airport's Northern Terminal.
2) Pilgrims who have an EgyptAir ticket, whose return flight number starts with MS followed by four numbers, will depart from the Pilgrims City in Jeddah.
3) It is mandatory for all pilgrims to arrive at the airport eight hours prior to their flight departure time.
The carrier's commitment to the smooth operation of these flights shows its dedication to ensuring pilgrims' safe and hassle-free travel during the Hajj season.
