Egypt, the United States, and Qatar have unanimously agreed on the urgency of establishing a humanitarian truce in Gaza. This consensus comes amid ongoing negotiations between Hamas and Israel, facilitated by Egypt and attended by representatives from Qatar and the US. Egyptian efforts are focused on mediating viewpoints to achieve a ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip.

Before the commencement of these quadripartite talks, the Hamas delegation engaged in preparatory discussions with officials from the Egyptian General Intelligence.

High-level sources in Egypt have highlighted recent intensive diplomatic efforts aimed at resuming negotiations to ease tensions in Gaza. According to Cairo News Channel, Cairo is set to host further discussions tomorrow, aimed at exploring avenues to restore peace in the region. The negotiations will see the participation of William Burns, the CIA Director, Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Qatar's Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, and an Israeli delegation.

Furthermore, a prominent Hamas delegation is expected to arrive in Cairo tomorrow to deliberate on ceasefire developments in Gaza, following an invitation by Egypt.
