Egypt-UAE Trade Volume Records 61.7% Growth in 2025

Data released by the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS) revealed that the volume of trade exchange between Egypt and the UAE reached $9.7 billion in 2025, compared to $6 billion in 2024, marking a 61.7% increase.

​Egyptian exports to the UAE reached $7 billion in 2025, up from $3.3 billion in 2024, representing a surge of 112.1%. Meanwhile, Egyptian imports from the UAE remained stable, totaling $2.7 billion in both 2025 and 2024.

​Regarding investments, the value of Emirati investments in Egypt reached $4.7 billion during the 2024/2025 fiscal year, compared to $38.9 billion in the 2023/2024 fiscal year. Conversely, Egyptian investments in the UAE recorded $1.8 billion during the 2024/2025 fiscal year, up from $1.4 billion in the 2023/2024 fiscal year.
