Egypt to Witness Significant Decline in Temperatures Thursday

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts cold weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, the North Coast, and Upper Egypt, during daylight hours on Thursday.

On the other hand, the northern coasts, South Sinai, and the Red Sea mountains will see moderately cold weather. It is also foreseen that the country will experience a decline in temperature. Therefore, frost could be witnessed in the northern coasts, the middle and the south of Sinai.

Moreover, light showers are expected to fall on the north coasts, Sinai, and the scope of the Red Sea Mountains. Strong mist will prevail in all highway roads near agricultural and watery bodies.

Meanwhile, extremely cold weather is foreseen to prevail across the country at nighttime.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 15°C in Cairo, 15°C in Alexandria, 15°C in Marsa Matruh, 15°C in Sohag, 16°C in Qena, and 18°C in Aswan.
