Egypt Strongly Condemns Terrorist Attack in Niger

Egypt has expressed its strong condemnation and deep denunciation of the heinous terrorist attack that targeted the village of "Manda" in the Tillabéri region of southwestern Niger, which resulted in the death and injury of dozens.

In a statement issued by Foreign Ministry, Egypt affirmed its solidarity with Niger.

Egypt also denounced this despicable terrorist act, which targeted innocent worshippers outside a mosque, reaffirming its full support for the government and people of Niger in their fight against terrorism and extremism.

Moreover, Egypt extended its sincere condolences to the families of the victims, as well as to the government and people of Niger, wishing a swift recovery for the injured.

Furthermore, Egypt called on the international community to intensify its efforts to support the Sahel countries in their war against terrorist organizations, and to work collectively to eradicate hotspots of extremism and combat terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
