Egypt Strongly Condemns Houthi's Attack against KSA

Today, Egypt condemned the attack carried out by the "Ansar Allah" group against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, using two bombed boats.

The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement saying: " Egypt condemns the Houthi militia for launching two remote-controlled bombed boats to target the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia."

"The joint forces of the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen which intercepted and destroyed the two boats in the southern Red Sea."

The statement continued, "Egypt stressed its total denunciation of such despicable acts of sabotage that targeted the security and stability of the Kingdom and its people."

The statement added that "Egypt will support all the measures KSA will take to preserve its security, stability and the safety of its citizens."

The Saudi Ministry of Energy announced that a fire broke out near the floating platform of a petroleum station in Jizan, after the destruction of two boats.

According to the Saudi Press Agency, the fire broke out in the hoses floating in the platform, and the fire was contained according to the followed rules, pointing out that there were no injuries or deaths.

KSA condemned the terrorist attack against vital installations, saying that such attacks target the security of oil exports, the stability of energy supplies to the world, and the freedom of global trade.
