Egypt, Spain Conduct Joint Naval Drill in Red Sea

On Sunday, the Egyptian and Spanish naval forces conducted an ephemeral maritime drill at Egypt's Berenice Military Base, located in the Southern Fleet zone at the Red Sea.

Several Egyptian and Spanish vessels participated in the drill such as Egypt's "Sharm El Sheikh" frigate, and "June 18th" missile craft, alongside Spain's Castilia ship (ESPS CASTILLA LPD).

The exercise included various professional training activities such as various sailing formations, and signal transportation practices, in addition, it included the efficiency of the vassals' during military operations.

This activity presented exchanging of mutual experiences between Egypt and Spain to enhance the military cooperation between both sides.
