According to the MoU, the work of connecting natural gas networks in Romania will be entrusted to Town Gas Company due to its great experience in this field, in addition to manufacturing and assembling pressure reduction stations inside Egypt using Romanian components, which amount to 60% of the final product, with the remaining percentage to be completed with the hands of Egyptian technical workers inside the workshops of the Town Gas Company.

Also a specialized unit will be established to produce the home pressure reducing regulator in a mutual partnership within the workshops of the Town Gas Company, in addition to consensus on providing these products inside Egypt instead of importing them, and also looking to export them abroad in the future.
