Egypt sent, Tuesday, a patch of medical aid, and supplies to Sudan, upon the directive orders of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
Two military planes, loaded with tons of medical supplies, took off from Cairo to Port Sudan International Airport. The shipment is gifted by the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population to contribute to assisting the Sudanese people in current crises.
In addition, a number of Egypt's diplomatic mission members departed to Sudan, to resume their job at the Egyptian Consulate in Port Sudan.
This aid comes as strong evidence of Egypt’s tight and historical ties with Sudan. In addition, it represents a reflection of Egypt's essential and vital role in helping and supporting African countries to overcome all hardships.
