Egypt Sees Daily Average of 788 Coronavirus Cases, 12 Deaths Last Week

Egypt’s Health Ministry released Saturday its first report on the coronavirus pandemic situation nationwide.

The country registered an average number of 788 daily coronavirus infections nationwide over the past week.

The average number of Covid-19 deaths reached 12 fatalities, while the average daily number of recoveries reached 766, raising the total number of fully-recovered cases to 430,198.

The number of people who are fully vaccinated against coronavirus has now reached 31,551,587.
