Egyptian authorities have successfully freed Egyptian nationals who were kidnapped in Sudan and evacuated them from conflict zones before ensuring their safe return home.

According to Cairo News Channel, Egyptian security forces, in coordination with Sudanese authorities, successfully secured the release of the kidnapped individuals, who had been held by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF).

The operation was carried out under direct orders from Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, who instructed officials to take all necessary measures to bring the abducted citizens back safely.

The freed Egyptians were transported from conflict-stricken areas in central Khartoum to the coastal city of Port Sudan before being repatriated to Egypt. The coordinated effort highlights Egypt’s commitment to protecting its citizens abroad and ensuring their security amid regional instability.
