Egypt’s denied hosting any Iranian security delegation or holding any talks with Tehran, calling on the latter to stop its interference in its neighboring countries, Al-Arabiya sources confirmed on Tuesday evening.
The sources said that Egypt confirmed its rejection of dialogue with Iran, in addition to its rejection of any security coordination with Iran.
The sources also pointed out that Cairo has reservations about Tehran's interference in several Arab countries.
In addition, they indicated that Egypt demanded that Iran stop the proxy war in the region, stressing the need to cease Tehran's interference in the affairs of neighboring countries.
