In a statement on CBC satellite channel, he added that the number of cases could increase as the the fourth wave of the virus is hitting some countries of the world, "so we have to continue adhering to the precautionary measures against Corona."
He pointed out that the state has relied, since the beginning of the new Coronavirus “Covid-19” pandemic, on persifying the sources of receiving vaccines, under the directives of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, stressing that Egypt has contracted to obtain the American vaccine, Johnson & Johnson, with a total of 25 million doses , and the first shipment of this vaccine will arrive in Egypt this evening.
