Egypt's Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli affirmed that Egypt places significant emphasis on fostering collaboration with African nations.
His remarks were made during a speech at a roundtable discussion involving African housing ministers, which took place alongside the 12th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF12) currently being held in Cairo.
During the meeting, which included notable attendees such as Anacláudia Rossbach, Under-Secretary-General and Executive Director of the United Nations Human Settlements Program (UN-Habitat), Kamel El Wazir, Minister of Industry and Transport, Badr Abdelatty, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sherif El Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Amani Abo Zeid, Commissioner for Infrastructure and Energy of the African Union Commission, and various other African ministers, Madbouli emphasized Egypt's commitment to assisting African nations across various sectors to bolster mutual interests.
He expressed Egypt's eagerness to share its extensive experience with African countries and to extend comprehensive support in diverse areas, in line with the directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
Furthermore, the Prime Minister underscored Egypt's dedication to aiding African nations in achieving sustainable development and addressing various challenges related to security, stability, infrastructure, digitization, and urban development, among others.
