Egypt Post signed on Friday a cooperation protocol with PaySky in the field of e-payment solutions and digital financial services.
Sherif Farouk, Chairman of the National Post Authority (NPA) confirmed in a statement that the cooperation protocol with PaySky comes within the framework of implementing the state's drive towards digital transformation and the implementation of financial inclusion goals.
Farouk indicated that the step will contribute to facilitating citizens' access to services easily.
He mentioned that Egypt Post has shifted from financial inclusion to digital empowerment, as it is currently seeking to apply the best technological solutions to all services and transactions using advanced technology to facilitate and secure financial transactions.
He added that the post aims to reach the best integrated system for providing services in line with the requirements of the digital empowerment plan, in a way that guarantees improving the level of services provided to citizens, and financial integration between the authority and various state institutions, as well as the private sector.
On his part, Waleed Sadek, Chairman of PaySky stated that the company aspires, through partnership with Egypt Post to provide integrated digital and financial solutions to achieve the state's vision for digital empowerment for Egyptians.
It is worth noting that PaySky specializes in the field of e-payment solutions in Egypt and the Middle East to major banking institutions and governments in the region.
