Egypt, Qatar, United States, and Israel officials are holding discussions in the Qatari capital, Doha, with the aim of continuing the truce in Gaza, an informed Egyptian source reported.

On the other hand, Egypt continues to pump additional aid to the Gaza Strip after “extending the truce for two additional days.”

The head of the Public Information Service in Egypt, Diaa Rashwan, confirmed, “Egyptian efforts continue to work to speed up the transfer of humanitarian aid.”

He added that much aid contributes to reducing the aggravation of the humanitarian crisis for the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

The Cairo News satellite channel quoted an informed Egyptian source as saying, “Egyptian, Qatari, American, and Israeli officials will meet in Doha to hold discussions to continue the truce in Gaza.”

The mediation efforts of Egyptian-Qatari succeeded Monday in extending the “humanitarian truce” in the Gaza Strip for two additional days, starting Tuesday morning, according to what was announced by Egyptian and Qatari officials, and confirmed by the Hamas movement in a statement.
