The draw of the Arab Cup U-17 has been announced on Monday as the Egyptian National Team have been placed alongside Bahrain, Somalia, Lebanon in Group D.
The tournament will take place in Morocco from July 29 till August 15 as sixteen Arab teams will take part in the tournament. The sixteens team were pided into four groups, and the top two teams of each group will qualify for the quarter-finals.
The Four Groups are as Follows:
Group A: Morocco, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait
Group B: Algeria, UAE, Libya, Djibouti
Group C: Tunisia, Iraq, Mauritania, Yemen
Group D: Egypt, Bahrain, Somalia, Lebanon
This tournament is organized by the Union of Arab Football Associations, as the first tournament took place in 2011 and hosted by Saudi Arabia that claimed the title in this year.
The second tournament hosted by Tunisia, that lifted the trophy, while the third edition was held in Qatar, where Iraq won the title.
