Egypt strongly condemned the Iranian attacks targeting Bahrain, describing them as a blatant violation of the kingdom’s sovereignty and a dangerous escalation that threatens its security, stability, and the security of the Gulf region.
In a statement, Egypt’s Foreign Ministry affirmed the country’s full solidarity with Bahrain and support for all measures taken to safeguard its security, protect its citizens, and secure vital facilities.
Egypt also renewed its rejection of any actions that infringe on the sovereignty of Arab states or threaten their security and territorial integrity, stressing that the stability and security of Gulf countries remain an integral part of Egyptian and Arab national security.
