The Egyptian Red Crescent launched its 185th "Zad Al-Izza... From Egypt to Gaza" convoy today, sending a number of trucks towards the Gaza Strip. This initiative is part of the Red Crescent's role as a national mechanism for coordinating aid to the Strip. The convoy included more than 104,000 food baskets, approximately 385 tons of flour, 670 tons of medical and relief supplies, and 1,420 tons of petroleum products to operate hospitals and vital facilities in the Strip.
The Egyptian Red Crescent also continued to provide residents with essential needs such as clothing, blankets, tarpaulins, and tents to shelter those affected by the conflict.
