Egypt condemned on Sunday the treacherous terrorist attack targeting the Somali Ministry of Education in Mogadishu, which killed more than one hundred people and wounded three hundred others.
In a statement, Egypt's Foreign Ministry expressed sincere condolences and sympathy to the government and people of the brotherly country of Somalia and to the families of the victims, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.
Moreover, the ministry reiterated Egypt's firm position, and condemnation of such hateful terrorist acts, calling on the international community to unite in order to uproot terrorism and dry up its funding sources.
