Egypt condemned terrorist attack on a Chadian military base located on "Bokaram" Island in Chad’s Lake Province, which resulted in multiple casualties and injuries.
In a statement, Egypt's Foreign Ministry expressed its full solidarity and heartfelt condolences to the government and people of Chad, as well as to the families of the victims during this difficult time, wishing a swift recovery to the injured.
It also reaffirmed its condemnation of all terrorist acts that threaten the security and stability of the Sahel region
