Egypt has strongly condemned what it described as repeated Iranian attacks targeting Kuwait, calling them a serious violation of Kuwaiti sovereignty and a dangerous escalation that threatens security and stability across the Gulf region.
In an official statement, Cairo denounced the attacks in the strongest terms, saying they constitute a clear breach of Kuwait’s territorial integrity and are inconsistent with international law and the principles of the United Nations Charter.
Egypt reiterated its firm rejection of any actions that undermine the sovereignty of states or threaten their security and stability, stressing the importance of respecting international norms and maintaining regional peace.
The statement also expressed Egypt’s full solidarity with Kuwait and reaffirmed support for all measures taken by the Kuwaiti authorities to safeguard national security, protect citizens and residents, and preserve the country’s sovereignty.
