The Fifth National Conference for Egyptian Scientists and Experts Abroad, "Egypt Can with Investment and Development", kicks off today Tuesday, at Al-Manara International Conferences Center, under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, and in the presence of Ambassador Nabila Makram, Minister of Immigration, and Dr. Hala Al Saied, Minister of Planning.
The two-day conference is being attended by 65 Egyptians who have achieved successes abroad in the fields of development and investment.
During the opening ceremony, the Minister of Immigration will honor the entrepreneurs and experts participating in the conference.
"Egypt Can" Foundation will also honor the name of the late Egyptian scientist Abdel Halim Omar, Professor of Transportation Engineering at Carleton University in Canada, who participated in the first session of the conference in 2016.
On her part, the Minister of Immigration, thanked President Sisi, stressing that the success of the previous sessions of the conference, and the readiness of Egyptian expats to provide their expertise and experience to Egypt, encourage the ministry to continue to organize this conference and allocate its sessions to serve the issues and efforts of development and investment in the Egyptian state, to achieve the Goals of Sustainable Development Strategy, and 2030 Egypt Vision..
