Saudi Arabia's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, held talks with Egypt's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration, Dr. Badr Abdelatty.
They discussed the current developments in the Gaza Strip, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) on Monday.
During the meeting, the two officials talked about the strong and fraternal ties between their countries and explored ways to enhance them. In addition, they also addressed regional and global developments, with a specific focus on the situation in the Gaza Strip.
Moreover, Minister Abdelatty also highlighted Egypt's efforts with regional and international partners to prevent conflict escalation, maintain security and stability, and avoid a cycle of violence.
The Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to the Arab Republic of Egypt, Saleh bin Eid Al-Hussaini, was also present at the meeting.
