The Egyptian Football Association (EFA) commented for the first time on the recent quarrel broke out between the member of the EFA Normalisation Committee and Al Ahly forward Mahmoud Kahraba after Talaa El-Gish encounter in the Egyptian League.
Videos went viral on social media showing the both sides involved in a bitter quarrel during the Red Devils' celebration with the Egyptian League title.
"Al Ahly midfielder Mahmoud Kahraba came tonight to meet Captain Mohamed Fadl," the EFA said on Facebook page in a statement.
It also added that Kahraba apologised for Fadl, revealing the reasons behind that saying that it was because of the psychological pressures he faced during the recent period.
