The chairman of the Egyptian Football Association (EFA) Amr El Ganinny said on Saturday that the CAF Champions League finale would officially take place at Cairo Stadium.
The Confederation of the African Football (CAF) had announced that the final would be held at Borg Al Arab stadium on November 27.
In statements to "Al Nahar Reyada," El Ganinny said we have a big desire to allow the fans to attend the game, but we should get the approval from the security forces, in addition to the precautionary measures implemented by the CAF.
Zamalek are set to face off Al Ahly in the final game on November 27 in all Egyptian Champions League final.
Regarding the venue of the clash, the EFA's chairman asserted that the match will take place at Cairo Stadium.
