As the skin is the mirror of the body's health, individuals require various nutritional elements in the winter season for warmth and to provide the skin with vitality and freshness without gaining extra weight.

What nutrition is good for your skin?

*Carrots

Carrots contain carotene and vitamin A, which is beneficial and enhances skin tone.

*Beetroot

Beetroot is rich in vitamin C, and when consumed regularly through eating, drinking its juice or even applying it, is considered an effective way to treat many skin problems such as protecting against skin pigmentation, evening out the skin tone, preventing and treating acne, and helps dry or oily skin.

*Lettuce

Fiber is important for bowel movement and cleaning the body of harmful waste. It is also rich in oils that provide the skin with moisture and elasticity.

*Water

Many people neglect to drink water, which causes severe damage to the skin and dryness, especially since coffee and tea are diuretics.

Therefore, nutrition experts advise drinking a cup of water with every cup of coffee or cup of tea.
