A court in Amsterdam, the capital city of the Netherlands (known also as Holland) ruled today, Thursday to fine Carlos Ghosn, a former official at the automobile sector, five million euros for charges related to fraudulency.
He will pay the fine as compensation to the consortium that comprises Nissan –Mitsubishi.
The court released a statement that said that the fleeing executive did not deserve the sums he received because there is no contract with the company that taken over by a Dutch holding company.
