Dubai Frame, Burj Khalifa Illuminated with Russia's Flag

The most prominent landmarks and buildings of the Emirates, most notably the Burj Khalifa, were adorned on Saturday evening in the colors of the Russian flag in solidarity with Russia in the tragedy of the terrorist attack that targeted a shopping center on the outskirts of Moscow.

This initiative comes within the framework of the UAE's solidarity and strong condemnation of terrorist acts, and its rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism that aim to destabilize security and stability and are inconsistent with international law.

This initiative also comes as an expression of the UAE's leadership and people standing alongside Russia and its people in confronting terrorist attacks.

In the solidarity campaign with Russia, the Abu Dhabi Global Market, the Abu Dhabi City Municipality, Al Dhafra City Municipality, the ADNEC Abu Dhabi Center, Khalifa University, the Mubadala Building, and the Sheikh Zayed Bridge were illuminated in Abu Dhabi, while in Dubai the Dubai Frame and Burj Al Arab were illuminated.
