Dr. Emad Rabie

I am very pleased that my colleague and friend Emad Rabie was selected as the head of the drama sector at the United Media Services Company. I have known Emad for many years. He is a brother, friend, and colleague and he is professional. We worked together. He is  a professional and an expert in the drama field he rcognizes well the drama economics. 

I believe that there will be a boom in the drama sector. He recently obtained a PhD in Mass Communication, at the Faculty of Mass Communication, Cairo University, on a very important subject, entitled “The Modern Digital Environment and its Effects on the Management and Economics of Egyptian TV Media Institutions: Applied on Private and governmental TV Channels.” 

This means that he chose a scientific major in the field he likes and supported it with research, thought and plans, and this is the advantage of linking scientific research with the professional and societal environment.

Emad Rabie worked with me for a long time at Sada El-Balad satellite channel, and I dealt with him closely and I checked his method of work, selection, decisions, observations, criticisms, and how he turns them into energy and addition. 

He is a researcher who analyzes the problem and struggles to reach results and make recommendations. Thanks to this enthusiasm, he succeeded and many projects entrusted to him succeeded, and I expect him to succeed not only in the drama that forms the awareness and conscience of the citizen through the channels of the United Media Services Company, but also through the Union of Egyptian Producers, which he sought to form for the advancement of the drama industry and its development in a way that the Egyptian art deserves in our region and the world.

Drama has an important role in shaping the conscience of the citizen and his awareness to serve the Egyptian state and our civilized values, and to entertain people and connect them with what is offered to them.. in addition to creating bridges of cooperation with the Arab and African states.. Drama is the Egyptian soft power, this is the role of Emad Rabie, along with dear colleague Ola El Shafei, the Content Manager.

Emad enjoys the confidence of his colleagues, and he has the ability to persuade his superiors and contain his subordinates. 

I congratulate Dr. Emad Rabie and the rest of my dear colleagues in the United Media Services Company on their new positions, and I wish them all success.
