“Downtown-New Alamein” Project 1st Phase Sold Out

City Edge Developments, the national developer of Egypt, has announced the complete sell-out of the 1st phase of its newly launched project “Downtown - New Alamein”, achieving EGP 700 million in sales.

The project is owned by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA).

The first phase of the project comprised 200 units with different sizes and was sold out in less than a week from its initial launch.

“The sellout of the 1st phase of Downtown New Alamein in such a short period is a confirmation that there is continued demand for our offerings in New Alamein and accordingly we are working on the preparation of the second phase launch in the near future,“ City Edge CEO Amr ElKady said.

To be delivered starting 2020, Downtown New Alamein is master-planned as a modern apartment building complex located at the heart of New Alamein City.

The project comprises residential buildings that include a mix of units ranging from penthouses to ground floor apartments with private gardens of different sizes.

Downtown Alamein will house a perse number of amenities centered around beautifully designed plazas with commercial and lifestyle facilities for the residences including large public green spaces.

The Down Town is located at the heart of New Alamein City; it’s a two-minute walk to the beach; 8 minutes walk to the hospital and 3.5 km away to universities, while it is very close to the Monorail and the Old Town areas.
