The dollar price in public and private banks witnessed a noticeable decline, Sunday, against the Egyptian pound, according to the latest updates.
Several citizens are looking forward to the gradual decline of the dollar in Egyptian banks during the coming period, especially in light of government plans to strengthen the local economy and improve the state's resources of foreign currencies.

The dollar price today recorded 50.53 pounds to buy, after it exceeded 51 pounds earlier last year.

The exchange rate was liberalized since March 6 to leave the greenback to the principles of supply and demand, which was confirmed by the Prime Minister in previous statements more than once.
