The exchange rate of the US dollar continued to rise against the Egyptian pound during Wednesday's trading, in Egyptian banks, recording the highest level in Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) at EGP 49.21 to buy and EGP 49.30 to sell.
In the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) and Banque Misr banks, the dollar exchange rate rose to EGP 49.15 to buy and EGP 49.25 to sell.
At the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE), the average dollar exchange rate reached about EGP 49.17 to buy and EGP 49.30 to sell.
The average euro exchange rate recorded EGP 53.49 to buy, and EGP 53.65 to sell. While the exchange rate of the pound sterling recorded about EGP 63.77 to buy, and EGP 63.95 to sell.
Moreover, the exchange rate of the Saudi riyal reached EGP 13.10 to buy, and EGP 13.12 to sell. The average exchange rate of the UAE dirham reached EGP 13.39 to buy and EGP 13.42 to sell.
