Today, Saturday, Hebrew reports revealed a significant impact left by the Israeli reservists' refusal to serve, which may push the Israeli army to reduce its operations for the first time in its history.

The Hebrew newspaper, Yedioth Ahronoth, said, "Chief of Staff of Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) Herzi Halevi conveyed a message to Prime Minister Netanyahu that the number of reservists who come to serve this month has decreased to the point that the Israeli army was about to reduce certain operations."

According to the report, three Israeli officials confirmed the details of the warning given by the Chief of Staff in the Israeli army to the prime minister.

The report indicated that 200 reservists, a large percentage of the total number of reservists of pilots in the Israeli Air Force (IAF), signed a letter on Friday, protesting the planned legal reform plan.

According to the report, "these soldiers will not come to serve in the Israeli army in the next two weeks," noting that they handed over their decision to Chief of Staff Halevi.
