Disney and 20th Century announced on Thursday the latest changes to their theatrical calendar.
Two more high-profile films, Ryan Reynolds's action-comedy "Free Guy", and "Death on the Nile", the star-studded sequel to "Murder on the Orient Express", releases have been delayed amid the ongoing coronavirus crisis. Both films are from the 20th Century, which is owned by Disney.
The only remaining Disney-owned movie to be released this year is the independent Oscar hopeful “Nomadland,” starring Frances McDormand as a woman who loses everything in a recession.
Otherwise, the only remaining live-action film on the 2020 calendar is "Wonder Woman 1984", from Warner Bros.
The sequel, which has already been delayed several times due to the pandemic, is set to be released on December 25.
